DWTEK has a solid background in the production of screw parts, we have been on this specialist for more than 40 years. Due to loving and cherishing the oceans that surround Taiwan, in 2006, we started to make customized ROVs and make our way into the underwater industry.
Thanks to the two stars – DMG MORI CTX gamma 2000 TC and beta 800, they played a significant role in manufacturing some of the machinery for our own brand of ROV and underwater connectors.
To name a few, ROV camera holders(do not underestimate this little part), it’s crucial when ROV dives into the deepest water of the sea, the camera holder has to grasp the camera, withstand the wave and the unpredictable currents vibration, and make sure the camera holds still and keeps stability in the water so that the image can be as straightforward as it should. The camera holder was manufactured by DMG MORI CTX gamma 2000 TC, the machine combines both turning and milling operations, perfecting the corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy into a camera holder in 90 minutes.
Also, most of our underwater connectors are also made out of stainless steel and are produced by beta 800. The process of turning and milling takes only 10 minutes to accomplish one piece, the quality is unrivaled. The two machines make the production in perfection and high accuracy a mission possible.
CTX gamma 2000 TC and beta 800 work with the highest precision and long-term accuracy, and complete the machining cycle without interruption and cutting the machinery parts silky smooth like butter. The quality they achieved makes them trustworthy for manufacturing for the industries such as aerospace, oil and gas, defense machinery, and also other kinds of engineering standard parts.
