Our ability to deliver in critical situations is powered by our local manufacturing center and our dedicated in-house engineering team. This team includes skilled drafting and quality control engineers and two highly experienced mill-turn machine operators with over 5 years of milling and turning expertise. We take immense pride in the extraordinary workpieces we've crafted for us and our valued clients. Our own ROV camera holders and underwater connectors are produced using state-of-the-art CNC high-precision machinery, including the DMG MORI CNC beta 800 and gamma 2000 TC. With these cutting-edge machines and the professional personnel we have, our products are incomparable.

 

Other gadgets and gizmos we manufactured: 

• Metal shell, mini hex connector, flange connector, ethernet metal shell… etc. Only 8 minutes for each to complete.
• USBL top cap, mill and turn within 6 hours.
• Onshore and offshore use half flange: 3 steps: laser processing, waterjet machining, and CNC chamfer, approximately in 6 hours for each piece. Thruster body, production in 60 minutes.
